What Customers Say

Reviews highlight that SA Luxury Hire offers an impressive fleet of luxury vehicles including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Mercedes G-Wagons, with customers frequently praising the exceptional quality of cars and professional service, particularly from staff member Joey. However, there are notable concerns about communication reliability, with multiple customers reporting unresponsive staff, missed callbacks, and in some cases complete failure to provide confirmed services for important events like formal nights and weddings. While many customers describe unforgettable experiences and smooth booking processes, potential renters should be aware of the inconsistent communication issues that have significantly impacted some customers' experiences.
