What Customers Say
3.1
Reviews for Pugachev Company reveal a deeply polarized customer experience, with customers frequently mentioning either exceptional service with high-quality luxury vehicles or complete rental failures. Many positive reviews highlight a diverse fleet of well-maintained luxury cars, competitive pricing, and helpful staff members, particularly someone named Mark. However, numerous customers report serious concerns including unreturned security deposits, non-delivery of reserved vehicles, poor communication practices, and allegations of fraudulent business operations, with many specifically warning others to avoid the company entirely.
Customer Highlights
My Ford Mustang was absolutely new with only 500 mileage. Also, I got a big discount, because I preorder my car for 2 months before.
We took Tesla Model X 2019. These guys were really friendly, but at the same time very professional.
We needed to rent several cars for 4 hours for a music video shoot - cars were ready at exactly the agreed time, all documents were processed.
