What Customers Say
4.9
Reviews highlight RealCar NYC's exceptional convenience through their door-to-door delivery and pickup service, which customers frequently mention as a standout feature that eliminates the hassle of visiting rental locations. Customers consistently praise the company's well-maintained, clean luxury vehicles, professional customer service, and reliable communication, with many noting competitive pricing and accommodating staff who handle last-minute changes and requests efficiently. While the vast majority of experiences are overwhelmingly positive, there appear to be occasional fraudulent reviews that the company actively addresses, and one customer noted difficulty reaching customer service by phone, though this seems to be an isolated incident.
Customer Highlights
It took me long to choose which car to buy - a Porsche Cayenne or a Land Rover as each had its advantages. So I decided to rent both cars for a week and test them.
The car was delivered right to your door and, importantly for me, the car is in excellent condition - new, clean.
Within 5 minutes of our arrival we were on our way. Since all paperwork was done prior to arrival all we had to do was show ID and we were in the car.
