Reviews highlight consistently exceptional customer service, with customers frequently mentioning staff members like Ting, Jeff, and Alejandro for their professionalism, responsiveness, and personalized attention throughout the rental process. Customers praise the company's impressive selection of well-maintained exotic and luxury vehicles, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and flexible rental options that accommodate special occasions and last-minute changes. However, one notable concern involves a customer who encountered undisclosed hail damage on a vehicle that wasn't mentioned in the advertisement, raising questions about transparency in vehicle condition disclosure.

Customer Highlights

I took my son in the Orange Hurrican to his year 6 formal, we had an amazing time driving the car to his formal and the entire school was mesmerised by it.
— Robert C.★★★★★

Big thanks to Ting for being so patient and helpful throughout the entire rental process, super friendly and professional.
— Ming H.★★★★★

Requiring vehicles for the film and television industry has us picking up and returning vehicles outside of normal hours and sometimes at short notice. But this has never a problem for the profesional crew at Exotic Auto Club.
— Michael R.★★★★★
