What Customers Say

Reviews highlight Classic Parade's strengths in delivering quality luxury vehicles, with customers frequently mentioning excellent service, timely delivery and collection, professional chauffeurs, and spotless car conditions for both self-drive and chauffeur services. The company also offers press release services that help customers sell their luxury vehicles quickly through global exposure. However, there are notable concerns about customer service responsiveness and communication, with some reviewers reporting unresponsive staff, delayed callbacks, and disputed claims about business legitimacy, which the company attributes to competitor attacks and fake reviews.
