3.7 (74)

Reviews highlight a stark divide in customer experiences with Signature Car Hire, with customers frequently praising the company's competitive pricing, high-quality vehicles, and professional staff members like Nicola, while others report significant concerns about post-rental charges for minor damages and poor communication. Customers consistently mention the excellent condition of the fleet, weekend availability, and helpful service during the rental process as key strengths. However, several reviews raise notable concerns about unexpected fees, difficulty obtaining deposit refunds, and disputes over damage assessments after vehicle returns.

Customer Highlights

The van (the Transit Connect) was a pleasure to drive and suited my needs perfectly, there was ample space in the back and the cab was very comfortable.
— Angela C★★★★★

I was in need of a very high spec Mercedes S Class for a very high profile client. Signature did not fail to deliver.
— Shakeel H★★★★★

The little touches that made all the difference, bottled water, hand wipes, spotlessly clean van and going the extra mile to fit around your customers needs putting you head and shoulders above any company.
— Darren Q★★★★★
