What Customers Say

Reviews highlight Dream Exotics' exceptional customer service, with customers frequently mentioning staff members like Mike, Cameron, Andre, and George who go above and beyond to accommodate requests, provide upgrades when original vehicles aren't available, and offer excellent driving route recommendations like Valley of Fire. Customers consistently praise the impressive vehicle selection, smooth rental process, and memorable experiences that often exceed expectations. However, some reviews raise concerns about pricing transparency, with several customers reporting significant discrepancies between quoted prices and final costs due to undisclosed fees, suggesting potential customers should request detailed written pricing breakdowns before making deposits.
