What Customers Say
4.2
Reviews highlight a split customer experience, with satisfied customers frequently praising Centurion Lifestyle's high-quality exotic vehicle fleet, professional staff members (particularly Meryem/Miriam and Alexandra), and convenient services like airport delivery and hotel drop-off. Positive experiences emphasize the company's accommodating customer service, pristine vehicle conditions, and seamless pickup/return processes. However, multiple negative reviews raise concerns about reliability and professionalism, with customers reporting last-minute cancellations, payment disputes, and unprofessional behavior from management.
Customer Highlights
I rented a Mercedes G63 from Centurion Lifestyle in Los Angeles and the entire experience was flawless. The car was in immaculate condition, powerful, and an absolute pleasure to drive.
First off, one of the main reasons why I enjoy renting cars from centurion is because of the small mom and pop feel you get when you walk into the showroom it's not like another big corporate shop with all these suits walking around trying to up sell you.
Cars are always washed and clean inside and out and anytime I have any questions regarding the car I call direct and get an answer on the spot.
