What Customers Say

Reviews highlight Elite Club Miami's exceptional customer service, with customers frequently mentioning fast and easy rental processes, professional staff, and competitive pricing for luxury vehicles including Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Customers consistently praise the wide selection of exotic cars and the overall rental experience, with many indicating they are repeat customers who plan to return. However, one significant concern involves a serious safety incident where a customer experienced a tire blowout that caused an accident, followed by what they described as poor communication and questionable handling of insurance claims and deposit refunds.
