What Customers Say

Reviews highlight a polarized customer experience, with many customers praising Bespokes for professional service, high-quality vehicles, and accommodating staff who make the rental process seamless and enjoyable. However, a significant number of negative reviews reveal concerning patterns including vehicle reliability issues, poor maintenance standards, last-minute cancellations or vehicle changes, and persistent problems with refunds and customer service responsiveness. Customers frequently mention that while positive experiences involve well-maintained cars and helpful staff members like Mandi and Adrian, negative experiences often center around receiving substandard vehicles with mechanical problems, scratches, or missing features, particularly disappointing when booked for special occasions like weddings.
